Screenshots problem
During the weeks of the half term (week 4 & 5) I had to work at home on my own computer. I had to record my practical progress, however I couldn't take screenshots as my monitor couldn't do so. I had to write down or remember all my work and then when I came back to college in week 6 I had to try and breakdown what I have already completed of my logo and take screenshots and analyse them.
Later on I looked up online and changed few settings and I found the short cut on how to screenshot, which I was very happy about. I went to Snip & Sketch which is what I found online when I searched on how to screenshot on a PC. When the panel opened in the middle it said press the "window key + Shift + S" to screenshot without opening Snip.

Accessing on drive 23/01/2020

I wanted to go to my college account one drive in order to access my animate file and the photoshop files for my logo, but i wouldn't let me access them. On the screen I would see written that something went wrong and that I was denied access. I pressed the Retry button few times but it didn't work. I decided to just reload the entire page. When I did that the panel where I had to sign in to moodle came up so I did it again and then it directly send me to the file folder that I wanted access.
Later on when I could actually access my one drive I noticed that any work I have saved the last lesson of the previous day was gone. I search in my activity history but it was clear that it hasn't saved anything from the last lesson. Thankfully I had the files that were missing on one of the Macs so it wasn't too big of a loss, however it could have been worse. My tutor asked me if I have changed my password recently and I said yes, so he suggested that this could be the reason why my files didn't save.
